Do a search. Basically, you remove the spark plugs, and squirt (I use an empty Windex bottle) ATF in the holes. Rotate the engine via the nut on the alternator (19mm) and squirt some more. After you think there is enough ATF in there, do it some more. Thyen reinstall the plugs and wires, and let her sit for 24 hours. Start her up, and get ready: it will fill the block w/ thick white smoke. Let the idle even out, hop in, and hit the highway. Run it through the gears. Basically, the whole idea is to break up carbon depositis and renew lost compression. 1 warning: This can damage the engine. It may break loose carbon tha allowed you to have compression, or it may break a big enough piece of carbon to break an apex seal. ONLY do this if your engine is flooded, dead, or lack of compression. Oh yeah, you will need a new set of plugs because the ATF will foul the spark plugs. After you get back from the highway, install the new plugs.
