i have some questions about some things
like on my 2nd gen t2 were do i connect my boost gauge to, were would i put my water temp gauge, and what can i do for a bov.

Like, on these forums there are, like search buttons... also there are like, faq's (frequently asked questions, such as yours)
Boost gauge connects to a vacuum port on the TB or Tee into the boost sensor.
Water temp gauge would go inside your car so you can see it. But the sender should be somewhere in line where the coolant(water) flows.
A bov!? There are lots of BOV options, just stay away from cheapies, the stock one is fine for stock boost levels...
