When i got the turbo, One of the DP studs was gone, and one had ~1cm of stripped on the top. So when i went to take off the backplate (so i could get vice grips on there good) One of the bolts broke off in the hole. Also, when i got the plate off, the spring that holds the stud in on the bolt that was gone caught on the plate and i stretched it out.

How much does it cost to get them re-studded and to pull the bolt out. I dont have a bolt extractor kit either.

 

Mostly depends on where you take it. But figure an hour of labour, so maybe $50?
