I have a manual, gettin an auto motor for a parts bitch-whats not compatable?

Besides the tranny, what wont I be able to use for my car? its a 86-88 motor, i dont know what model, my buddy just said he'll sell it for $100 bucks for hte motor and tranny-I need an air pump, thermostat and other stupid things so Im not gonna pass this deal up-oh and the motor runs

I am sure I won't remember all of the items but:
Starter
Flywheel
ECU

I can't remember any more. You won't need the cooling lines for the tranny cooler of course.

I am sure the other guys will think of more.

I thought the counter weight and fly wheel were different, but I don't (and never have) owned a auto RX7 so I am not positive.

Actually the ECU is supposed to have a bit more aggressive ignition timing and be good for a small but noticeable power gain.

The flexplate bolts to a separate counterweight, where the manual car has a 1-piece flywheel with the counterweight built in. SAVE THE COUNTERWEIGHT! If you ever want to go with a lightweight flywheel, you can save nearly $100 off the price by ordering JUST the flywheel and using the automatic counterweight. (The aftermarket light flywheels all bolt to the auto counterweight instead of being balanced like the stock ones.)
