it will not bolt up to what you have. with the racing beat presilencer it will bolt up to the cat back. the main cat is several inches too short for the space though. you will need the pre-s or a pipe welded/flanged to connect the header to the y-pipe.

If he gave you a road race header, you also need a collector of some sort unless you plan to fab up your own true duals. Racing Beat sells a premade collector for around $65. Weld the flange onto the collector and you're almost there. Or you can have a custom collector made by an exhaust shop.

A presilencer will not bolt up to just the Road Race header by itself.

Before we go any further, do you have to pass emissions?

ah yes road race header is uncollected forgot about that >.<

as jerry said you will need a collector or a setup to run true duals. kind of a pita unless you want to spend alot of money or get custom pieces made

jerry why is your car bone stock?

if i were to get the RB collector from the headers, will the stock cat bolt on? or will i need to get rid of the stock cat, and just run header, collector, Y pipe, and 2 mufflers?

I think the header/collector will come close to mating up with the main cat. You can just go to a shop and have them build you a collector cheaper anyway. Then they can make it the right length to mate up with the cat. If for some reason it's too long, you could always go looking for a cat that flows well and is shorter than stock.

It won't be too hard to make it work.

bingoboy - Good question. But next year, it won't be.

thanks a lot, i think i'm gonna use the RB header, then fabricate a collector to mate with my HKS turboback presilencer, Y pipe, and mufflers. i might as well go with the good stuff. half RB, half turbo HKS exhaust. anybody try this yet?
