I fixed my radiator!!

Basically I found out that my radiator was leaking due to weak crimpings. Heres a picture of what I did to fix it. Hopefully it will last another year or so.

Congrats on the temporary fix. Whatever made that seam open, will happen again. I would start looking for good valued replacement before long. Good luck..

When I bought the car I had to replace the passenger's side fender, so the car was in a very minor fender bender. This may have slightly tweaked the frame or something, who knows. the car looks straight and drives straight, handles perfect but it could have jarred the mounts on the rad and other things.

It was dripping right before I started recrimping. once I tightened the first crimp it imediatly stopped dripping. I just went down the entire line and then all the way around I put pressure on each crimp. Some of the crimps were not even doing anything so hopefully I saved my rad for a little bit of time, at least the winter.
