I fell in love with the 2nd gen all over again today

today i was at work, an 88 GXL from arizone pulled up in the parking lot, SHOWROOM condition car, looked absolutely perfect, brand new even, it was tornado grey, and it had the 5 spoke bologna slicer rims mirror polished, those are the rims im using on my car now, i saw them mirror polished and love them now but the guy told me he bought it from the showroom in 88 and it has 92k miles on it, looked like it was never driven before, i fell in love with the car all over again, ive never seen one that looks that good.

That is really cool. I always enjoy seeing other peoples RX-7s, especially the ones that have been taken care of so well.

I think its also great when you meet people that are one owners. If I had bought an RX-7 when it was new I dont think I would ever sell it either!!

Also, I didnt know the series 4 gxl wheels came polished from the factory.
