removing the plastic sheeth/drain that is located under where the windsheild wipers are mounted??.. i rested it up there and something happened during my engine pull and the damn thing rolled down and fell down the space between the firewall and the plastic sheeth or drain. just wanna know if there is another way i can retrieve it

 

Nope, that's it.
I try to make it a habit to not leaves tools laying around the engine bay.
You tend to lose a LOT of tools doing that.
