I don't want to blow up my engine, mods questions
On my 88TII I've got down pipe, highflow cat, and cat back, after x-mas I'm planing on adding an A/F boost gauges, intake, and maybe the TID mod. Now that should put me over fuel cut.
Now the MD race ecu removes fuel cut, so I figure I'd get that then, as it's new fuel maps shold keep me from running lean, and it retards timing to avoid detonation (this is all just info I've gotten from here, and other owners pages)
So should I get an upgraded fuel pump at the same time, am I going to need it?
Also I don't plan on going for a full new ECU, but If I need to tweak my fuel somemore in the future could I just get a S-AFC, will that work with a new chip?
thanks

gsl se injectors are 680cc since they only used 2. not 4.
yes the S-afc will work fine with the chip. that is a better setup then an afc on the stock computer. just costs more. I'd get the pump. don't put the TID on untill you know how much boost you are running before. you don't want to go over 10psi or so on the stock IC.
