I Don't Think my car is getting any fuel.....

Ok to begin with....i flooded the engine back on Xmas day.......the car sat for a month before i got it running again because when i removed the spark plugs and tried to replace them, i stripped one of the spark plug holes. The reason it sat for a month is because i was debating on what i wanted to do with it. I bought a "Spark Plug Rethreading kit" and rethreaded the hole. Got the car running and now whenever i start it, i have to pump the gas to get it started and when i drive it, it bogs down in gear and dies and it honestly sounds like its not getting enough fuel. In neutral, it revs fine but in gear, it struggles a lot to rev.....

can anyone help me?

hmm sorry to say it but it sounds like a blown motor. The first thing to do would be to check the compression on the car.

Rev the engine to around 2.5k rpm.

Somewhere around there, if you have blown an engine, you will feel terrible vibrations.

Take your exhaust manifold off and check the seals with a mirror or your finger, its the only way to see whats really going on. If it has low compression after sitting like that its possible its a stuck seal.

However the power issue you talked about sounds like a dying fuel pump or a clogged filter.

there arent any vibrations between 2-3k rpms.....in neutral i can rev it all i want no problem....when its in gear is a different story. When it starts bogging down and and i push the gas, thats when the vibrations kick in. Then it dies.

possibly a leaky injector or bad f.p.r, its not unheard of, you should do a compression check and if everything comes out ok there do a fuel pressure test, go rent a fuel pressure tester from autozone or something, t it into oyur intake line and test the pressure according to haynes the fuel system pressure should be 34.1 to 39.8 and the hold pressure should be 18. if that comes up alright the get an injector test... take your injectors to a shop and have them test it.

WTF. im sorry, but no.

having a blown motor has many symptoms, and this is not one of them. he says it idles fine. just because it bogs down and dies does not mean he has a blown motor. rotary engines are known to run fairly well even on a "blown" motor. if he has lost compression due to a bad apex seal, side seal, etc. then the engine would still probably run normally, except at idle. since it runs fine in neutral, or idle, i am guessing that his engine internals are probably fine.

dipsetunion - do a compression check, this is the only way to be sure. if you do a compression check and your compression is low, then my guess is that you rethreaded your spark plug holes wrong.
