I don't burn oil!
Well..when I first got my car a year ago, I was looking under the hood, first rotary btw, and I noticed this little bar dangling near my throttle. I didn't have any idea what it was. So a few months pass, I learn what it finally goes to, and I fix it. From what I learned, thats the thing that puts oil in teh chamber, correct? Well, anyway, I've never had to fill my oil. Only thing I do to it is change it. er?

change oil regularly... maybe a little sooner than you would on apiston car, and make sure your level doesn't go down very far. there is no secondary place for oil to go that gets injected into the rotor chamber, it does come directly from the engine oil.

If the oil metering pump is disconnected, then you should be adding some 2 cycle oil to your gas each time you fill up. The oil is necessary to keep the internal seals lubricated. If you don't, you'ree going to ruin your engine. Buy some TCW3 2 cycle oil and add 1/2 to 1 oz. per gallon of gas. Put the oil in the gas tank first and then add the gas to mix it well.
