Well i changed my alternator belt and put i new one, also i took of my compressor belt off now my rpm is acting weird don't know why does anybody know??? why??? I tighten the belt pretty good but don't know how much though????? can anybody help me please???

well first you should start off with an explination of what it is doing


belt tension should be 1/4-1/2 inch of play, no more, no less

 

well first the rpm was at 1800 now is 1000 and it acts like it wants to shut off while i put it in neatural

 

still need help ever sense i changed my alternator belt my car has been acting weird in everything sound,performance,idle,acceraltion, why what did i do wrong????
