Hey dudes,


Last night i bought a wing from my buddy Bart.

It had been sitting in his junker rx7 for the past 7 years, and was never mounted or finished.

I never seen it before, and i thought it looked wicked so I bought it.

The back of the wing isn't flush with the body because there is 4 bolts underneath that are still in place so it makes it sit higher in the back...


So who made this wing? anyone have pics totally painted up etc?

I just "put" it on my beater for pics, it will be going on my TII.

If im not mistaken, it looks similar to the Kaminari one. It might be it.

 

Yes the man above is right. Its the Kamanari wing. I have it and i like it. The full body kit is realy cheap but basic looking.

the wing is nice but that car is a lil beat up take pics on a nice TII lowered w/ some nice wheels/tires

 

fix that rust problem NOW! Im doing my wheel wells right now (and they dont look as bad as yours) and they are are real pain!! it may noy look bad, but i bet you on the rear of the wells its rusted through (like mine, grr) im gonna make a seperate help post.. right now..

 

i have that wing on my car, its not a wing though its a spoiler, there is absolutely no downforce angle on the top deck, purely for looks, i am thinking about mounting something else on top of it

It is Kaminari, I used to have the rear bumper too, but I took it off (as you can see from the holes in the bumper), and will soon be removing the wing too, replacing it with the erc one.

 

I have a Wings west "Supra" style wing w/ LED thats collecting dust I want to sell.....anyone? anyone? 150.00

BTW: AREXSEVEN.....nice car! I like it!

I am defenatly going to install it now. Is yours hollow inside? or finished? because mine is hollow.. im going to be filling it with that cocking stuff so it will be more sturday..instead of the fiberglass by itself.

Steel, I don't have to fix that rust problem because that is my 87GX "BEATER" as i stated above!!. I am putting it on my 88 TII.

The rust on there is just surface.. i already looked and poked around. The rear bumper the previous owner spilled brake fluid all over it and left it.. so thats why the back bumper is..messed up :0 Not bad for a $200 car.

All the other guys post some more pics that you have of this wing!!!

Sorry about that turbo thing....T60-1 is sure alot better than a T04B though....wow!!! I just bought a brand new Spearco IC 27 x 7.5 x 3.5 ..... Its really nice.... I don't know how to post photos on this Forum or I would. So give me your e-mail and I'll send you some......The car has changed alot in the past 6 months....

I have the same Kaminari rear spoiler on my '86. I was thinking about getting rid of it but I still kind of like it and plus kaminari had a fire and I don't believe they are still producing 2nd gen rx-7 kits.
