Thumbs up I adjusted my TPS...and things went welll!

Well, I have a newly installed engine and it was having some hesitation problems. (91 TII) So I got my little checker lights and found the screw to adjust. Plugged in my lights and both were lighted. So the book said that you should turn the screw clockwise. Did that and both lights stayed lighted. Then I turned it counter clockwise and the light went out.

Went driving and it had smooth acceleration! Only up to 3000rpm. I hate break ins. It is like I get to find out that the car runs fine below 3000rpm. I just know boost is going to open a can of worms

You really don't need a picture. It is the only screw bellow the TPS that can be adjusted.

Grimlock. That is the target voltage?

So I can use my AFC to check the TPS at a stoplight?
