HRE Lowering Springs??

Has anyone heard of these springs. My 10ae has the springs on it and I tried to find how much they dropped and stuff like that and I couldn't. Thanks.

Yeah, maybe he meant HR's (referring to H&R), I'll take a closer look when I get the car.
