I suppose it would be comparable to a BNR 4, So 350-400 hp max?

It depends on the turbine wheel. The BNR stage 3 and 4 wheels use a larger P trim turbine wheel.

If they left the turbine stock, that's too much compressor. EGTs, backpressure and boost control are going to be huge issues.
