How too?

Yes, how do I get idiots who do not know the dimensions of thier car to not hit my car when it is unwatched in my school parking lot? I just noticed I have white paint and black scuffs all down the front side from the nose to the wheel. There were mad spots when I got there this morn so I pulled in so that I was facing out. I assume that the person next to me was backing out and hit my right front with their right front. If I see anyone with green paint on thier front right quater pannel I'm kicking their ***. They will know why. I don't want to be one of those guys that parks diagonal across two spaces but they leave me no choice. I'm going to the movies tonight to steat some metal posts and some of that red rope. That'll teach em'

I can't help you with avoiding those things, but it did happen to me once. I found the car and took pictures with a ruler showing how far from the ground the marks were. That got me my money.

If you want to remove the marks you could try some rubbing compound, but be sure to wax the area after you use the rubbing compound, because it removes all of the old wax.

1. Park as far away from where other people are as is possible. (ie the worst spot in the lot)

2. Get a SUPER sensitive alarm. I've seen ones where the alarm goes off if you pull up near the car because the vibrations from your cars exhaust. (seriously, I've had this happen to me) Nothing is more embarrasing than having an alarm go off and everyone in a 5 mile radius looking at you thinking you've hit the car.

Don't park next to ANY SUV, TRUCK, or BIG Vehicle.

95% of the people who drive them can't drive anyway (unless you have dressed your truck up - 95% of those who dress their truck up know how to drive).

Park in the corner spaces as close to the side of the curb/wall as possible.

Don't drive in holiday traffic or lunch hour traffic. rush hour traffic is probably the safest but still be on the lookout.

Tap your brake several times while stopping WAAAYYY before you stop so the #@*&# SUV drive will pay attention and not plow into the back of you.

Watch the drivers around you and use your horn if they're about to cut into you. I'll say it again 95% OF SUV DRIVERS CAN'T DRIVE AND DON'T EVER!!! CHECK THEIR BLINDSPOT.
