Lightbulb How to tell the diffrence...

Is there any way to tell the diffrence between a turbo & NA rotor by looking at it?

Thanks

Not unless you've seen them many times and can eyeball the difference in the bowls.

Should be able to. I believe they weigh the same, but the N/A should displace a hair less, if my thinking is correct at least.

If you have an NA versus turbo rotor side by side, you can measure the "depth" of the rotor "tub" by laying a straight-edge across the tub and using a dial caliper or small ruler.

The turbo rotor is about 2mm deeper in the tub with this method.

It is very hard to just eyeball, and only the most experienced experts can tell the difference with their naked eyes.
