Need help!!! Can I remove it using normal tools (wrenches, etc.)? Where are the positions of the bolts? I am trying to remove the front right fender of my vert! Please help newbie!

 

Been a while since I did mine. Common tools. Mostly 10mm socket size. At the rear of the fender there are a couple where fender meets the door. Several along the top of the fender. You have to go inside the weel well, and on the fwd end you'll remove a black plastic shield that covers the front of the wheel well. Here I remember having to use a long extension and maybe a wiggle socket. About four or five there. Then raise the pop up head lights. There you'll have to monkey around to get access to one or two more fasteners. Can be done wihtout removing the pop up. That area was the most difficult . Fenders at the wreck yard run about fourty bucks. Cheap.

 

One more question -

How come the FSM online at fc3s.org doesn't cover the removal of fenders and such???
