How to remove bumper dent
Depends on the size of the dent, but here's a trick:
First, use a hairdryer or something to heat the dent and a little of the metal around it.
Then, find a small/med sized plunger. Spread a thin coat of grease around the lip (type doesn't matter), and carefully squish it down over the dent and try to pull it out.
I did that on an old T-Bird I had when somebody hip-checked it. Worked like a champ. Just don't forget to clean off the grease when you're done so it doesn't damage your paint.
