um... reliablility isnt compromised on a correctly driven and correctly ported engine. its mainly from thrashing on them allot that destroys the engines.

agreed! but i think you might be asking the wrong question.... you should be asking about daily drivability issues (since your worried about reliabilty, its obvious you wanna be able to regularly drive it)

half bridge- gas mileage goes downhill, vacuum signal deteriorates, big top end power though. and you'll need to get a stand alone ems

full bridge- vacuum signal is almost non existant. stop and go traffic becomes a very big problem as massive overlap is a problem from the large bridge porting. Street trips are do-able, but daily drivability is not for the faint of heart

Of course "streetable" is in the eye of the beholder. I know of someone with a full bridge turbo who thinks using his car as a DD isn't an issue at all.
