How to put engine at TDC

How do I know how to do it, for lets say I am taking out my CAS. The search feature does not work.

There's a "raised pointer" on the outer, stationary shaft.&nbsp Align that with the dimple on the inner, spinning shaft.&nbsp Make sure to pop the cover off when inserting to keep track of the CAS, cause it WILL spin on you while inserting.&nbsp Keep track of one of the two prominent trigger gears, cause it'll be close to one of the magnets.

If your marks are wrong (some people **** with the pulleys ), pull the rear rotor plugs and look for an apex seal to be across one of the plug holes.
