how much would you say my car is worth? (56k die in a fire)

the car was originally a 91 NA coupe, brave blue. it has ~162k miles on the body, FD wheels (painted black), the mods listed in my sig. we did an entire turboII driveline swap to the car after the originaly NA engine died at ~159k miles. then the crappy jspec engine blew so now i have a reman in it that has about 2000 miles now, which may be having a problem with low compression as you may have read about in the 2nd gen section (awaiting an official mazda compression test) so the car is hard to start when hot.
speedo gear in trans is broken so i got a new speedo cable and it still didnt work and stock oil pressure gauge stopped working? :/

the BAD things about the car: keep in mind most of this stuff is cosmetic and minor.
passenger side headlight motor is broken (planning on fixing next week)
needs to have the seatbelt recall done (seatbelt beeps at certain positions)
a couple minor things about the interior, idiot light surround is gone (cracked in many pieces)
faded sunroof.
paint overall is DECENT, acceptable
front bumper paint doesnt match (spraycan paintjob)
2 dents (drivers side, visible in pics)
cracked drivers side tail light from previous owner.
trans mounts are both broken (the ones that are between the crossmember and the trans)
rear swaybar bushings creak in hot weather.
car got salvage titled from hail dings (owner took the money and swapped the titles) which isnt very noticeable from the pictures as you can see.

the GOOD things. the car runs strong. it ran an 8.48@84mph 2.0 60ft in the 1/8th mile which is good for a high 12 second pass on the 1/4 mile. it has a straight 3" exhaust, greddy typeS BOV, FCD, walbro fuel pump, FD wheels, an extra aluminum hood (silver, in the garage) starion FMIC with custom piping, electric radiator fan, greddy turbo timer, 8" bazooka tube subwooder, pioneer cd player. the car is only running 5psi right now (no boost controller since new engine) and pulls great. it has a blocked off OMP running ~20oz premix in every tank. car has Eibach Prokit springs with Tokico Illumina 5way adjustable shocks. SPEC stage 2 kevlar disc clutch (rated @ 380ft-lbs of torque) banzai racing polyurethane motor mounts.
and i think thats about it. here are a few more pics

If the interior is straight, we could trade cars straight up

They leak just like the plastic kind....and i'd rather replace the PD then the entire fuel rail if you ask me :p
What breaks is not the plastic piece....its the darn diaphram.

But mine has been kept well Not to mention the pd was replaced when i first got the car two years ago. I bought the car with 67,000 miles and now its at about 76,000. So the pd has maybe 8k on it.

Yes you need to keep that pretty car, just dont get discouraged its easy to get upset and lose interest. Just remember that it will all work out in the end you just have to keep persistent.

its hard to keep persistence when you're about to be on your 4th engine. (assuming there really is something wrong with this one)

it really is hard.

its the high body miles, poor interior, crappy paint (there are spray can painted parts) and salavge title that brings it way way down.

Fix the interior, and repaint... might get you another $1000

Damn. You guys would offer $2-3grand for a car with a salvage title, dents, and running/engine problems? ****...that means my turbo 'vert (new paint, rims, new engine, slew of mods, and good title) should be worth 9 or 10 huh? Any takers?

my advice is to fix all of the cheap relatively simple problems. The list is long and that would bring down the value to any potential buyer.

I'd be willing to be you could get 6.5-7k for that vert if you're patient enough.
