How much will a stock fuel pump support?
I have a Walbro 255lph pump sitting at home, but I'm working on my car at the shop right now. I'm finishing up my supercharger install today and I was wondering if I could redline my car on the drive back home. I'm going to be running 8psi with 460cc primaries and 720cc secondaries, and I was wondering if a stock S4 NA fuel pump would be enough to support the fuel I would need on top. Just wondering (if it won't be enough, I'll just baby the car home).

I can't tell you for sure about the fuel pump, but I'd sure as hell guess that it wouldn't. Also with a new SC setup on an untuned NA car still running an NA map why would you even drive it home? Let alone try to redline it. I wouldn't put that motor underload unless it's hooked up to a wideband that you are watching like a hawk.

Yeah I'll just throw the walbro in, I didn't even finish up today, so it doesn't really matter. I'm going to run some S-AFCII settings that are probably going to be overkill that land me running like 10:1 AFRs, but it doesn't matter because monday i'm getting it dyno tuned with a wideband.
