how much at the wheels?

on a 1987 s4 550cc injectors, how much horsepower with a walboro 255 pump can these stocks support AT THE WHEELS? let me know guys

210 HP comes to mind...

The stock 550's can't handle that much if I remember correctly. I was running stock 550's, cosmo fuel pump (better than the walbro IMO), open exhaust and was consistently hitting 11-12 PSI....I'd say roughly about 230-240 hp...
but...because I was hitting 11-12 psi, i subsequently blew my engine....detonation is a bitch. If you check out REted's site, www.fc3spro.com, you'll find some good information pertaining to your question and some possible ways to make good power.

It should support at least 230 at the wheels on a DynoJet.
