I did a complete tune up myself, costing me near $700-$800 for all of the fluids, misc hoses, fuses, fuel pump, fuel pump re-wire, gaskets, plugs, ect ect ect ect.
Matter a fact I am still changing things such as injector cleaned, new injector harness and more.

Probably will be over $1,000 after done. How much would a shop charge me for all of it?....I dont even want to imagine.... But when I think of complete tune up, I make sure it all gets done and at the same time learn about my car. Also, when Im tuneing one part up and notice that something else needs to be replaced I change it and have no doubt that there is a wrong part.
If someone else was working on it, then kept coming back saying "Oh I notice this, this and this, they also need to be changed. Oh and also, now look at this, this will cost you $XXX.xx"

So really the tune up price is going to vary for you. Too many variables.
`The price they charge
`Condition of your car
`The honesty of the mechanic
`What "you" consider to be a complete tune up
`If you buy or they supply the parts
And this list goes on.
For a shot in the dark, including the AC and a tuneup...my guess would be $500-$1000 for labor. Maybe more.

I would say look in the book for a 60k tune up and do that, it shouldn't cost $1000 for a tune up not unless you have major issues.
