How much to rebuild an S4 T2 LSD

How much would it cost to rebuild a S2 T2 LSD? do they make kits for it and how difficult is it?

If we're talking about a Kouki LSD, it's viscous and don't need to be rebuilt.

Go the the Mazda dealer or check out Mazdatrx.
I believe the plates are like $20 - $30 each, and I think there are like 5 - 7 plates total.  Expect to pay around $200 to replace the plates.

yea, i checked mazdaspeed, for all the parts it would be about $320 plus shipping, but thats damn expensive. isnt there anyone that makes a cheap kit?

Yeah, I just checked Mazdatrix, and it's like $30 - $35 for the plates, and you need 8 of them!

They also sell thicker ones which give you faster lock-up, so that should help to - they cost like $40 - $45 each plate x 8!

You might as well buy a KAAZ and swap the whole damn thing.
