how much of a power gain??

how much of a power gain?? can i expect from bolt-ons on a 87 t2 {cold air,down pipe,straight trought pipes ,fuel cut removal ect}

it's hard telling, but you are on the right track, freeing up intake and exhaust is a good start.. maybe with that list you could see 10-20 hp? anyone care to correct me I may be way off

well, racing beat garuntees 40-50 rwhp gain just w/ upgrading the exhaust on a t2! and that claim has been backed up a few times... so id say 50-60 rwhp gain

^^^^+1 i have seen an huge increase in HP from just intake and corksport exhaust(no cats) And a FCD....to help out the intake a little more you might want to make a cold air box around the intake to keep it from sucking in Hot air from the engine bay

Thats interesting vipers, i didn't realize exhaust freed up so much; although, I never looked up numbers. My car may push more power than I had originaly thought.

i know my friends stock tii verses his tii now with a downpipe and boost up to like 7 psi is quite a big difference than before. id expect enough power to make it worth while for sure
