how much power can internals handle?

well, i bought vosko's turbo, got a jspec here, Im sending it off to have the engine gone through and get a large street port. He is going to upgrade corner seals and springs..... He will not do the apex seals, due to money because of the work involved to put 2 piece seals,....(clearence....yaydada) expensive.

Im going to be pushing 1 bar - 1.3 of boost when at the track and probably .8 bar around town, because I am going to daily driving her 96% of the time.

For fuel, I purchased 4 720cc's, walbro fuel pump, already have an afc, turbo xs dual stage boost controller, and fuel pressure regulator.

Other mods, front mount!!

Im pretty sure with the port and 1 bar of boost, and front mount , I will be well over 300rwhp.....how much horsepower can the stock internals, or stock apex seals handle without giving up on me? Can they handle 300-400 rwhp?? Keep in mind most of the time, Ill be running .8 bar for 15,000 miles a year. And 1 bar or so for another 5k miles per year....It wouldn't be like I would be pushing that power all year long...

thanks for the input....

Oh, what would you guys think a street port with vosko's turbo pushing 1 bar would pump out, my car will pretty much all the other bolt ons also with it. ??

I know its going to be 300rwhp...suspecting it should be way more than that with street port and 1 bar.

that there is going to be your biggest limiting factor. if you thru it out and got an aftermarket efi system you could tweak not only the fuel injectors but also the ignition timing

Huh?&nbsp Why aren't you going with stock 3-piece OEM Mazda apex seals?

Why do you need to clearance the seals?&nbsp Non-Mazda ones?
