How much more does a 302 weigh then a rotary?

How much more does a 302 weigh then a rotary?
Well heres the deal. If I can't get the engine up and running real quick, I have a totally race preped 302 outa a friends mustang and will do that. Now I need to know how much more the 302 weighs than a rotary. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR!! I in no way want to do this but if I can't get this N/A engine running I am going to try this swap. AGAIN! I don't want to do this but if I have to I will.

Well I need to edit that. The GTU will be gone this weekend, so I only have one rex now and it don't run very well.
