How much are Mazdaspeed coilovers worth?

For the whole set, including adjustable shocks, competition mounts, and adjustable ride hieght. Also, better then endless zeal kits?

the mazda speed coil over kit is $1550 at corksport.

the best for the money is the mazdacomp kit. koni race shocks, coilovers, front camber/ caster plates, rear camber link, and eibach sway bars for $1730

Why you want to waste money like that?

KYB AGX all four for under $400
Ground Control coilover kit $400

This will be just as good or better than the Mazdaspeed stuff.
My experience with Mazdaspeed components is that they are not that much stiffer than stock - if you're looking at a "competition" level system, it will probably too soft for you.&nbsp Mazdaspeedd builds them for street/comfort use.

Stock is 2.0kg/mm front, 2.0kg/mm rears - reference is the 2nd gen Jack Yamaguchi book.

I believe the Mazdaspeed system is like 4.0kg/mm front or something close to that.&nbsp My Ground Controls run 7.0kg/mm front, 5.0kg/mm rears.&nbsp Are the GC springs stiff?&nbsp HELL YEAH!

yeah and add camber caster plates for $300, rear link for $100, and sway bars for 250 or so. and then you hit 1450. so for an extra 280 you get koni race shocks with custom front strut housings that are stronger then stock.

but I agree the above is a good price. I already have my tokicos and a rear link. and I don't have 1700 to spend so I'll be picking up the GC kit with CC plates for $700 or so. and I'll add sway bars later.

I put a set of ShockTek CO's with Bilsteins on my Project 86 car. Man are those things sweet I am glad I didn't pay 1/4th of what they cost new! I would rather have the Bilsteins over the Koni's since they are only about $200 apart.

Glad to see ya back around Ted How's Vegas? Of course it isn't summer yet. Do they have the all you can eat lobster there too? Take care.
