How much different with the timing advanced?

How much different with the timing advanced?
right now my timing is "retarded" because i blew my first motor @ 18 psi and the timing up...so it was pretty much a rocket at any given time.
since i threw in another motor, T&R dropped my timing for the time being till i get a profec B, how much power/responsiveness, etc will i get once its back up with the boost..not 18 maybe around 11-12.
