How much can I get w/ an n/a?

I'm trying to stay an n/a with out the TII swap. How much hp could I get with just upgrading the following?

Headers
Pipes
Flywheel
Intake

And would that even make A noticeable difference?
It is an 1988 FC SE n/a

What other upgrade could I do that would help out with the HP.

lol, what the hell is pipes? Exhaust?

Don't bother with the intake or flywheel. Just throw a HEADER (no s) and a decent exhaust on it and make sure your 5th and 6th ports are functioning correctly.

The most restrictive part on the intake is the AFM, as such no gains are to be had in installing an aftermarket intake. In order to remove the AFM you have to go with standalone ems. A Header and decent cat-back will net you around 20-30 horsepower. Upgrading to a s5 na intake manifold should get you around another 10-20 ponys. If you want any more gains you are going to have to spend some big bucks and that is where most people just go turbo.

if your gonna do a full exhaust and intake, i would also go with an rtek system, it is a fuel control and datalogging component that is intalled into your ecu, it allows full fuel tuning, well worth the 400 bucks.

As mentioned, exhaust upgrades are the best and easiest.

A lightened flywheel is going to be a pain the *** if you don't pull the motor, since you'll need to change the counterweight as well. It would give you a bit more power to the wheels since there is less rotating mass. It doesn't just make it "rev faster" ... .

^^ yes yes sry what he said it dosent just make u rev faster but i said that because it seemed like he was looking for lots of hidden n/a hp that just dosent exist. atleast not untill u rebuild with ported irons, switch t0 a standalone. and even then u u arnt likly to break 300hp

The AFM isn't an issue. There's hardly any, if any, gains by going to a "C"AI because the stock intake kicks ***.

You'll need...

Haltech e6x
TWM ITB Kit With TPS
Racing beat full exhaust system
Rebuild with a good streetport
Then you should be making over 200wheel, but by that point you could've gone turbo and had 240 wheel and have money to spare.

You'll also want S5 NA rotors, and a fidanza aluminum flywheel too.
