How much actual power to the 5th and 6th ports put down to the wheels once they open?

 

I heard around 20hp.

your not gaining any power, except if they were locked closed before in the upper RPMs, You are in fact, loosing a small bit of power from the lower end. Some people can feel it more than others, depends on your engine and butt (engine health)
