whats the best way to go about mounting one ..im looking for easy and cheap

Have you thought about the old school Trust FMIC?

From what I gather your guys are paying between $300-600 for the kit used.

Both pipes run on the passanger side, you only need to drill one hole, you don't need to remove your front bar, no need to cut or remove the front rio and no modifying your front bumper skin.

Air con, power steer and air pump are retained. The only mods are a few hole in your washer bottle and bonnet latch. You need a slight mod on your plastic under tray and as usual you will need a Pod filter.

Compared to most front mount kits it's easy to fit and will be effective unless your running more than 400rwhp. The core measures 260x400, not huge but most cores are overkill for street applications.
