how many psi does a turbo fuel pump push out?

If you're real lucky. According to the FSM, the TII should have about 70 to 90 psi of dead-head pressure AFTER the filter. Mine has 72 (with 12.4 volts). I have two others that both tested at less than 65 psi, but I don't remember what kind of voltage I had when I tested them.
My pump is 18 years old; maybe the newer ones consistently put out the specified 90 psi, but I don't know.

yeah, i got an s5 engine dropped into my s4, no emissions, strait fuel lines, and my old fuel pump only pushed 60 psi, i found a turbo fuel pump for 25 bux, and if that'll work then cool, if not ill get a walboro.

Why would you think you need 80psi? Stock static fuel pressure is ~36psi and there's really no need to go much higher than that.
The only way you'll get 80psi out of a fuel pump is if you dead-head it (i.e. blocked off, zero flow), but this tells you nothing.
