there are like 10 in wilmington NC,most stock like 2 modded ones.

mine that I had to sale was running until the other day I drove by the place I sold it to (like 2 months ago)and saw it,the two back tires(where new) where completely bald, and flat. The front bumper was busted, the left fender was dented into the wheel, the silver rims were black from brake dust, the 2" chrome tips that were shiny when I sold it where completely black and cracked, the back glass was gone, the aluminium hood was bent, the front headlights were stuck up. like half the dash was gone, and the door panels were spray painted white(were burgandy), and the engine is guranteed to be blown considering the fact that the engine was already overheating from leaks when I had it. so its another fc(sport model, with 5 lug that is ruined!!!! I was so mad when I saw, cuz I worked on that car almost 1 hour a day to get it back to the condition it was in, and somebody screwed it completely up to worse than it was when I got it!!!!!!!!!!!

Well

1 88 SE which showed every symptom of a coolant seal.
Sold it and it now runs like a champ!!???!!! WTF!?

1 88 GTU Blew the engine and now have a TII engine.
It hasn't been in driving condition for 8 months but will be back very soon.

Technically it isn't on the road. It's on the side of my driveway(half concrete/gravel )

I hate you, mine's got 32k on it and it is a daily driver. I bought it when it had 26k though.

Nice to know someone else has a GXL that's in as good a condition as mine. got any pics?

I like to call my '90 Vert the ultimate S5. It spans all 3 years.

Motor from '89 GXL
Trans. from '91 Vert (and everything else it needed for the auto to 5 spd. swap)
Everything else from the '90

Do you guys honestly think that you'll get an accurate count by asking people to post how many cars they have? This thread pretty much is going nowhere.

Ya sorry, I started it as a joke. I didn't realize people would actually try it!

Yeh, Aaron, but everybody gets to run up their post count for free

In my 7 years of driving 50 miles down the highway 5 days a week here in (north) Houston I have seen a total of 4, a red one (n/a) just the other day that looked like it had had no maintenance, bodywork, or TLC since it was new. I hope most of 'em don't look like that

I guess 37,750, plus or minus 10,000
