how to make a vert perform

How hard would it be to make a vert fast? I already have a TII engine coming, and all the necessary upgrades. what else would be necessary to keep up with other turbo cars? I've done seaches and came back with nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

I know I'm gonna need that, but how much power can you get out af a TII? is 400 attainable?

Motor is good for 500...if you get a turbo big enough to flow that kinda air.
The stock turbo is good for about 250hp max.

Run a TII drivetrain from a donor car.
Search "NA TII conversion" or something similiar.

I think a standalone will give you the best bang for your buck.

I solved the problem of making a 'vert fast. See www.cris.com/~Asam/20B.html

However, the TII conversion is more cost effective. 400 hp is attainable with an aftermarket turbo and engine control. I've heard of TIIs with up to 525 hp (on race gas), but that's a bit over the top for a daily driver. If you go over 400 hp, you have to get the motor doweled, or it will twist itself into scrap metal.
