How to make FD wheels fit safely on FC for auto x or drifting?

I kno theres been a lot of stuff covered about the fitment and 25mm or 1inch spacers and stuff, but i want to know the safest way to do it. I dont want to be driving and all of a sudden a wheel falls off...

any ideas or experiences??

you want to AutoX and still put in spacers??? Right.... For racing you should be as close to stock offset as possible. Dont know about drifting, but for AutoX or curcuit its better to have it near stock offset.
Although the wider stance is missing, spacers put too much stress on the suspension.

The FC I just bought my wife has FD wheels on it. Personally wouldn't of been my 1st choice but so fare no problems. Has the little 5/16" spacers. Again, this is just a street car. For autoX, I wouldn't do it.

I'm not sure what he^^ means about only using the stock off set for autoX. To hell with that. Flair it and go with the fattest lip you can stuff with the widest possible tires. But no spacers.

As said, you can go a little different on the offset of the wheel itself, but adding spacers is crap.
The center of the wheel and everything will just be off, doesnt drive that well IMO.
