how to look up part numbers?

i need to order a gasket for the bac (i think it is) that thing on the pass side of the car that is by the fuel rail. my car has been having a crappy idle and i believe the bac is to fault. anyone know the number for the bac gasket?

for one, when you first start it after letting it set a while you have to rev it a little to keep it from dying, but after a while it evens out and it will keep itself running. it also "stutters" when setting at idle.
