how long is stock intercooler good for?

I Have and 1987 turboII and am putting an 89 jmd engine in it with 800cc secondary injectors, full racing beat exaust, 255wb fp, blitz bov, moded intake inlet piping and apaxi intake, microtech ECU and wireing harness and microtech ignition x4 with bosch coils etc. Is my stock intercooler going to be able to handel allthe mods?

It's because it heatsoaks. After 10 or so PSI it'll move more hot air then dense air and quit working as an intercooler should.
