How to install Thermal Bypass Elimination kit?
We got an 89 Vert with JDM 13b Our instructor wants us to install Thermal Bypass Elimination kit. Yet the instructions are in japanese... Anyone here got any advice or know how to install this? Thanks

Not that difficult. Don't panic. Once you loosen the front bolt and remove it, the unit pretty much slides out with the spring. Replace the thermal pellet and install the bolt. Torque to spec. and you're done.
Honestly, I never had any problem with the E-shaft moving either direction with the bolt removed. If you keep the accessory belts on, it will stay put. And I don't think there's any reason to remove them.

What's your kit consist of? That would help.
See attached jpg of the eccentric shaft bypass valve installed. If you KIT consists of a machined cyliinder with a step in it say so. IF it consists of just some washes......say so. Or better post a jpg of the kit.
IF it's the billet then just remove the bypass valve and set it to the side. Install the free sping that was with the stk bypass valve on the billet and install said billet into the shaft with the spring fwd on the billet. Something like that.
