Hi, I bought a manual steering rack and am not able to install it. I need a bushing on the passenger side but Mazda dealer can't order them anymore. So, what can I do to install the damn steering rack???

You'll need to try and find the bushing and clamp from a junkyard or used from someone. Search the forums and eBay.
