How-to install manual boost controller?

I just purchase a manual boost controller for my 87 TII. How do I connect it? I believe by splicing between vacuum and wastegate but I am not sure.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

On the stock turbo there's a nipple on the compressor housing. That goes to the "IN" on the boost controller. Another hose then goes from the "OUT" on the boost controller to the stock wastegate actuator.

That's it.

sorry for my ignorance, but I don't believe there is a nipple connection on my compressor housing. I have the stock S4 turbo.

Do I basically just need a source of boost pressure going into the boost controller?

Also, could I use the line going into the wastegate now as a source?

thanks

all you gotat do is look at the front of your turbo now.. you should see one vaccume line that comes from the neck of the turbo to your stock wastegate.. splice that line and that whats you use for your boost controller
