How to install A/C in FC that came without?

I just picked up a '87 FC Sport trim. Once I got under the hood, I realize this never had A/C installed. I'm still kinda new to RX7s, so learning as I go. Is there a thread or post somewhere discussing brand new A/C installs?

Any advice? Anyone selling a complete system?

basically you'd need to find a complete system, and after that it would just bolt right in. i think used is the only option?

Buying a parts car equipped with A/C would be your best bet. This way you would know what needs removed and in what order in order to install the parts onto your car. The wiring will be the same as well as the captive nuts for mounting the condensor will be present.

You will have to remove the dash to install the evaporator core. This you will want to inspect before installing. Maybe even consider replacing it. You will have to remove the radiator to fit the condensor and you will need the power steering bracket that includes the A/C compressor mounts. If your car did not have power steering, there is a mount for just the compressor but it's pretty rare these days. That would be a tough part to find.
