How Frustrating!!! TPS woes :(

Ok so I couldn't get my TPS within the Ohm specs stated for Narrow or Full Range. I replaced the TPS with a used TPS... and I can get the Narrow Range to be within the .8 - 1.2 kohms but I can't get the Full Range below 1.2 kohms, unless I tighten the thing as hard as far as it goes and then its still at 1.09 kohms. I get a pulsation when its in its warm up process and is sitting at 1500rpms it will go from 1600 down to 1400 and back up repeating the pulse. When it is done with that it will go to like 1300 or 1500 rpms, but won't go less unless I give it gas and release quick and then it will go down to 750.

Is the pulsation most likely the TPS? The light tester I made tells me I need to go clockwise with the screw, but I can't go any further because its tightened all the way. And it would throw the narrow range off if I tighten to far.

Should I try another used TPS or dare buy a new one? $489 is kinda hard to spend on something that small.

full should be around 4.5-5.5K ohms.

Not full open but the Full range, like points E-D on the TPS connector.

A-B is fine within specs but E-D is 1.20 which is .3 above high specs for the TPS at closed.
