how to fix clock on idiot cluster ?

how to fix clock on idiot cluster ?
Doesn't show anything but it has one bright bar on the farthest left side.
Any ideas? Can the LCD be replaced? None of the spares work either

..and Pnoy,if your cluster is Fubarred and you need another I have 2 available.
The solder joint in them go,as they didn't do a good job at the factory.You can either re-solder the circuit board or get another cluster.
