How does this turbo sound?

Im wanting to get an upgraded turbo and fuel system, and be able to run at 16 or so psi in the future. I believe this turbo is a to4 compressor upgrade, Ive tryed to email the seller but gotten no responce, I was wondering what everyone on here thought about it. Does it sound like it would fit my needs and what exactly is it? Thanks heres the description:

Garrett Turbo for a RX-7 Turbo II that has been up graded to a TO4 turbo it comes with a .60 a/r compressor housing, 3 inch inlet, 2 inch outlet with a 60 trim compressor wheel, turbine housing is stock so it will bolt on directy to your stock manifold with NO MODS NEEDED. The turbo will spool fast due to a smaller turbine side. Turbo has ZERO miles on it after rebuild. Turbo has new parts (seals, bearings and so on) This is a very good way to up grade your turbo without spending lots of $$$$$$$

you have to make sure you know if it's an 87-88 or 89-91 exhuast housing cause they are different and require different manifolds.

t04 hybirds are getting very common now.

that add is lacking lots of info though on the size of it.
