How do you use the "Rear Camber Adjuster"?

I have this model:

http://www.mazdatrix.com/getprice.as...m=04-7421-0000

but don't know how to use it since it came with the car. I have tried to adjust it myself but the thing won't budge so I must not be doing something right. The way I tried was to loosen locknuts and have no pressure on the rear end at all. Just let it hang. Maybe I need to have pressure on a part of th rear end it adjusts?

Thanks all,
Ben

It is very simple to use. You just loosen the lock nuts and tighten or loosen the main section. If you have loosened both lock nuts and it won't turn then chances are it is a little seized and you may want to uninstall it to try to loosen it up.
