How do you remove the seat bracket from the seat?

Before anyone flips out, I've searched, and nothing useful has become of it.
I recently picked up a pair of 2nd gen black seats, w/o brackets. In my efforts to install them, everything went smooth until I got to the swapping the seat brackets. Passenger side was straight forward, 4 bolts. Driver's side is 2 bolts in the front, and 2 weird cylinder bar things in the back. Anyone have any ideas how to remove these so I can swap brackets?

easy, its 4 bolt, 2 on each side. Like the man above said, you just slide them up and down to get to them. Take the seats outta your car, and then find the 4 bolts, and use those same bolts and holes to put the bracket on the other seat. I got a blue seat and the bracket was diffrent(dono wut model they came from but bracket didnt fit my GXL). its simple trust me. Took me 10 min once i had to seat out to switch the bracket out.
